We cannot cancel an order, make changes to personalisation or exchange an item already personalised once your order has been placed and you had already checked the box confirming the personalisation indicated by you is correct.
However, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from www.trimthetree.ie therefore if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
If we make a mistake, we will be happy to replace the item once we are advised by email, telephone or text (with a photograph attached) within 24 hours of receipt.
Personalisation
Our ornaments are all personalised by hand with much care and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on our personalising skills and we believe we have perfected the skill and guarantee you will be delighted with the results. We have been highly complemented over the year and work hard at being the best in the market. As each piece is done by hand and each member of our team have their own techniques and unique handwriting - personalised christmas decorations can vary slightly.
Delivery
We use An Post standard postal service for the most cost effective method of shipping your items to you. Your order is securely wrapped and posted to you within 48 hours of your order/payment being received. On occassions we may use a courier service for larger parcels.

Typical An Post last dates for posting for guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas

All orders placed after that date (up to December 23rd) will be processed, however, we cannot guarantee receipt of your order before Christmas
